Making A Purchase Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details to complete the order.

We accept all major card payments. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone or fax. We use actinic secure payment site for your security. If you wish to pay by cheque please make your cheque payable to Ebrollies and send to Ebrollies, The Studio, 47 Hill Brow, Hove, East Sussex, England, BN3 6QG. If payment is not received within 10 days the order will be cancelled.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Standard service is by 1st class post. International deliveries are by Fedex,
Standard shipping cost to the UK mainland is £3.75 per umbrella.
Courier servise is £6.00 to UK mainland per 20 kilo consignment.
If a courier or Fedex delivery is not collected by the customer then a return charge will be deducted from any refund,
Delivery Schedule We will dispatch orders within 48 hours, following reciept of payment (ex. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).

Delivery times are then as follows:-
We dispatch your order within 24 hours. You must inform us within seven working days if the good are lost or damges in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondance.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Standard Service generally takes 2 - 7 working days.
Special Delivery will take 1 -2 working days.
Courier Service will take 1 -2 working days (Monday to Friday) for UK mainland and Ireland and Eire. Normal Courier Service does not deliver on Saturdays.
If courier service SAT DELIVERY selected then you order will be dispatched on Fridays.
Fedex International takes 2 - 10 working days.
Airmail will take 5 - 10 working days.

Please note that for international deliveries we are not responsible for any further duties or charges to be paid to Custom Ofiicials, These have to be paid for by the customer.

An order can be left in a secure location (e.g. shed, outhouse or garage) on the instructions of the customer but this is done at the customer's own risk.

If a courier or Fedex delivery arrives damaged or crushed, please do not sign for it or sign for it only as damaged container, let us know within 24 hours, so we may arrange for the courier to collect the damaged item and return it to us.

The times stated are those promised by the delivery companies, occassionally delays occur outside of our control. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once goods have left our warehouse. Standard delivery cannot be tracked. Special Delivery and Airmail have limited tracking. Courier and Fedex International services have full tracking. If you wish to track an item please email sales@ebrollies.co.uk for your tracking number.
Back Orders We are unable to process back orders.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
